For over 25 years the founders of Kaleido Properties, Peach and Cynthia Reynolds, have lived in the heart and soul of Austin, the Zilker neighborhood. Their knowledge of central Austin paired with their friendly, efficient service has earned them the largest market share of home sales in the Zilker/Barton Hills area. Repeat business and referrals from satisfied homeowners have driven their success over the years.

The name Kaleido Properties is based on another of Peach's interests, kaleidoscopes. Peach developed what was at one time the world's largest handmade kaleidoscope business, Kaleidoscopes by Peach. This business continues today as Kaleidovisions, run by his brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Carol Reynolds. Although Peach moved on from making kaleidoscopes himself, the name lives on, Kaleido Properties. Peach still gets a kick out of seeing his old "scopes" in people's homes while on the job, and he still dabbles in Kaleido Photography.

Peach and Cynthia have two children. Jay is a graduate of the University of New Mexico where he was a nationally ranked collegiate golfer. Peach, an avid golfer (who taught Jay everything he knows), loves golfing with and caddying for Jay as well as rowing, swimming, biking, running, launching rockets, gardening or anything outdoors. Cynthia enjoys cooking, gardening, walking with her friends and volunteering for the KPM Institute, a non-profit organization that is a member of the KPM Network for Education and currently operates the branch of Sri Atmananda Memorial School here in Austin.
